Job summary

SupportFinity™ in Davao Region is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to oversee store operations, manage sales, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of retail experience.

A key part of the role involves effective team management, from recruitment to training, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Proficiency in Filipino and English is required, and experience in merchandising is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up of gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keeping the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruiting, Selecting, Training, Coaching & Disciplining employees.
