Job summary

Ecology Energy Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to supervise station operations and lead frontline staff. You will attend management meetings, ensure compliance with signage and regulatory postings, and handle staff records and payroll processes as required.

The role supports training of station personnel, monitors daily sales and fuel/lubes activities, and coordinates with the Sales and Operations Manager to ensure smooth station performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in business-related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, or gasoline station operations.
• Experience in cash handling, sales monitoring, inventory, and basic report preparation.
• Good knowledge of basic administrative and station operations.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages the general operations at the station and directs the work of other employees.
• Attends weekly meetings with Management to discuss issues and solutions for the station.
• Ensures signage, permits, licenses, and safety notices are posted as required.
• Keeps originals/copies of licenses and records for employees.
• Assists in hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepares daily fuel/lubricants monitoring reports and daily sales reports for accounting.
• Deposits daily sales to the company depository bank.
