Job summary

A retail company in Metro Manila seeks an experienced sales associate to provide outstanding customer service and process sales transactions. Ideal candidates will be graduates with at least two years of college education and one year in retail, preferably with luxury brands. Strong communication skills are essential, and candidates must be goal-oriented and willing to work on weekends and holidays. This position may require shifting schedules across various Metro Manila locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides excellent customer service by offering product information, recommendations and answers to customer queries.
• Maintain and grow the clientele base through excellent customer service, active engagement and regular communication with customers.
• Meets monthly sales targets by conducting upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Process sales transactions.
• Maintain inventory and keeping of the sales floor organized, clean and comfortable.
• Ensure customers are well-informed on any current sales, rewards programs, and store return policy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of at least two (2) years of college level.
• With at least one (1) year retail experience.
• Experience in handling a luxury men's brand is a plus.
• With a strong understanding of sales, customer service and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila locations such are BGC, Pasay and Makati onshifting schedules with a six (6) day work schedule.
• Must bewilling to work on weekends and holidays.
