Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance in making purchase decisions.

Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and prompt resolution.

Sales and Product Knowledge:

Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.

Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and upselling.

Stay informed about product features, promotions, and updates.

Ensure the retail space is visually appealing and products are well-displayed.

Implement merchandising guidelines and assist with creating eye-catching displays.

Monitor and replenish inventory as needed.

Point of Sale (POS) Operations:
