Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for selling products through courteous, friendly, and efficient service and accurate on-time execution of merchandise display and promotion.
• Exhibits full product knowledge to engage and satisfy customers that will impact sales and ultimately drive business growth.
• Implements sales initiatives through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and highlighting promotion offers.
• Knowledge and ability to consistently implement service standards and applicable processes in retail operations.
• Helps in the attainment of sales and target of the branch. (Must hit individual quota given).
• Excellent customer service must be provided at all times.
• Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
• Ensures that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
• Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
