Job summary

HATASU Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to demonstrate products, consult customers, and promote the HATASU brand at our Ilocos Region store. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and help drive daily sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education, is fluent in English and Tagalog, communicates well, and enjoys high interaction with people. Prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduates are required.
• Pleasant personality and approachable attitude are required.
• Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog.
• Willing to learn quickly and adapt.
• Outgoing, cheerful, and strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Sales knowledge in the e-bike industry is a plus.

• Assist in resolving after-sales concerns.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report inventory health.

Responsibilities

• Equipped with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brands promotional activities.
