Job summary

HATASU Philippines is looking for a proactive Sales Associate to join our retail team in the Cagayan Valley region. You will demonstrate products, consult with customers, and promote the HATASU brand to achieve monthly sales targets.

You’ll maintain attractive store displays, assist with stock reporting, and ensure compliance with store policies while engaging customers in English and Tagalog for quality service.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Pleasant personality with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication in English and Filipino/Tagalog.
• One year of sales experience; e-bike knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with customers, users, and dealer personnel.
• Promote the HATASU brand to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving after-sales issues related to the brand.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report stock health and issues to the ASC/Sales Manager.
• Comply with store management rules and regulations.
• Participate in training and activities to improve sales skills.
• Execute activities by the Territory Sales Manager to promote sales and brand image.

Responsibilities

• Equipped with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.
• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.
• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.
• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.
• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.
• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brands promotional activities.
