Job summary

HATASU E-Bike is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and promote the HATASU brand in-store. You will greet customers, explain features, and work toward retail sales goals while maintaining store presentation.

Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, reporting inventory health, and adhering to store policies. English and Tagalog communication are valued for excellent customer service and teamwork with the sales team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma as minimum education requirement.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Tagalog.
• Friendliness and approachable attitude at work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to interact with many people and maintain a cheerful personality.
• Experience in sales is a plus, especially in e-bike industry.

• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with customers, users, and dealer personnel.
• Actively communicate with interested customers to promote the HATASU brand and products to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving issues related to after-sales and brand concerns.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report stock health and in-store visibility issues to the ASC / Sales Manager.
• Comply with company rules for store management.
• Participate in training activities and adhere to sales policies; continuously improve sales skills.
• Support territory activities and promotional campaigns to maintain the brand image in the market.

Job description

• Equipped with proper knowledge to conduct product demonstration and consultation with customers/users/dealer personnel at any given time and circumstances.


• Actively communicate with interested customers or potential buyers, promoting the HATASU brand and its product offerings to achieve retail sales goals.


• Assist in resolving any issue or concerns relevant to after sales and brand.


• Maintain store image and product display; report Stocks or Inventory Health, In-store Visibility, and any impending issues to the ASC / Sales Manager and/or Marketing Officer.


• Comply with and strictly implement the company's rules and regulations for store management.


• Actively participate in the training/assessment and other training activities organized by the company, familiar with the company's assessment and related sales policies, and continuously improve sales skills.


• Execute other business activities arranged by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM), Sales Team (ASC/RSM) related to promoting sales and maintaining the brand image of HATASU in the market; Accurately understand, actively cooperate, and properly implement the brand’s promotional activities.
