• Monitor performance metrics and customer service to meet operational goals.
• Assist in policy implementation to improve efficiency and grooming standards.
• Supervise training, coaching, and mentoring to raise overall performance.
• Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide development feedback.
• Address canceled invoices with proper documentation and actions.
