Job summary

edamama (BeanLab Inc) is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee profitability, inventory, and in-store processes across multiple stores in Metro Manila. The role partners with regional managers to optimize staffing, merchandising, and vendor relations while driving omnichannel initiatives.

You will analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and lead cross‑functional teams across sales, marketing, HR, and finance to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years in retail operations, multi-unit store management, or commercial ops in physical retail.
• Strong ability to analyze retail KPIs (GMROI, sales per m2, inventory turnover, foot traffic).
• Hands-on experience with modern Retail POS systems, Google Suite, and workforce scheduling tools.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead store managers across locations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze multi-store P&L, foot traffic, and drive revenue initiatives.
• Coordinate inventory and visual merchandising with buying and supply chain teams.
• Optimize day-to-day store operations, including POS, cash handling, inventory auditing, and loss prevention.
• Partner with regional managers to schedule staff within labor budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors, third-party providers, and landlords to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, HR, and finance for operational excellence.
• Manage department budgets, monitor cash flow, and forecast expenses.
• Collaborate on omnichannel initiatives such as In-app Purchases, Grab, Gift Registry and Store-to-door.
