Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Business Management, Retail Operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, delegation, and people-management skills.
• Proven experience in retail operations and customer service management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to identify operational gaps and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and departmental workflows.
• Coordinate, supervise, and delegate tasks to department heads and staff.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Suggest improvements on our systems, processes, controls, and operational efficiency across all departments.
• Assist management in planning, strategy development, and business decision-making.
• Ensure the timely completion of projects, deliveries, customer requirements, and internal objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for improvements, updates, and business growth initiatives.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination among all departments.
• Evaluate employee and departmental performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement action plans to increase productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend process improvements, staffing adjustments, training programs, and performance development initiatives.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce departmental KPIs and company standards.
• Identify operational issues, root causes, and bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization.
