Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, customer experience, training, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for retail teams, onboarding and upskilling.
• Lead inventory control systems, SOPs, and loss prevention
• Drive CX training to improve sales, engagement, and KPI performance
• Ensure alignment with company policies, schedules, attendance and performance standards
