Keywest Internationale Sales Corp. is seeking a proactive Retail Marketing Supervisor to plan, develop, and execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.

You will handle creative designs for events and coordinate brand activations while collaborating with Sales and other departments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Canva, AI tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.
• Handle creative designs for events, activations, and other retail marketing activities.
• Coordinate and manage event ingress and egress, including setup and pull-out of displays and materials.
• Prepare marketing collaterals and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support marketing initiatives that contribute to brand awareness and business growth.
