Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking a senior Learning & Development leader to shape our nationwide training agenda for store and support teams.

Reporting directly to the VP & Head of Human Resources, you will lead the Training team, design practical retail and leadership programs, and strengthen our talent pipeline—with a clear focus on learning that translates into action. Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development, HR, or OD with multi-site exposure.
• 3+ years leading a team or managing capability programs across stores.
• 5+ years in retail with 5+ years overseeing L&D initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Experience with competency assessments, IDPs, and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver the Learning & Development strategy and annual plan.
• Conduct TNA using performance data, assessments, and stakeholder feedback.
• Own end-to-end instructional design across blended learning formats.
• Oversee onboarding and on-the-job training; facilitate leadership programs.
• Lead leadership and high-potential development and succession planning.
• Coach Training team; develop internal facilitators and in-store trainers.
• Partner with Operations, HR, L&D, and training counterparts.
• Measure training impact and manage learning budget, vendors, and LMS.
