Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Assistant to deliver 24/7 remote and on-site support for stores, branches and warehouses.

You will ensure timely opening, keep IT systems running, troubleshoot hardware and software, and support day-to-day operations across multiple sites to maintain business continuity. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, basic network knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Mac and Linux.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
At least 6 months of working experience in IT Support or related field.
Proficient in MS Office Applications. SQL and Database Management.
Proficient in Windows, MAC & Linux systems.
Basic Network troubleshooting and setup.
Knowledgeable in POS Hardware and Software.

Mansioni

Ensure on-time IT equipment delivery and setup for new store openings.
Perform pre- and final-store opening procedures.
Provide store grand opening support.
Provide first-level IT support in Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses via remote or on-site helpdesk tickets.
Prioritize and resolve day-to-day system issues and client requests.
Ensure quality service support for internal clients in Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses.
Coordinate with 3rd party suppliers and contractors.
Monitor and maintain IT equipment in multiple sites.
Coordinate with vendors for warranty/contract issues.
