Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Director – Retail Applications to lead the strategy, delivery, and modernization of a large-scale retail application portfolio. You will steer cross-functional teams across business and technology to build secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise IT experience with leadership for large-scale retail or consumer-facing apps.
• Proven ability to lead senior managers and cross-functional teams in distributed environments.
• Experience translating business priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps.
• Strong track record delivering programs with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, capacity planning, and investments.
• Deep knowledge of architecture, cloud, APIs, cybersecurity, resilience, observability, automation, and modern software practices.
• Working knowledge of Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL and related service disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, delivery, and performance of the retail application portfolio.
• Lead operations, modernization, and service improvements with measurable value.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance across applications.
