Job summary

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a talented Retail Launch and Channel Manager in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end retail launch planning for smartphones and tablets. You will design coverage and execution plans while aligning with local teams to ensure successful market entry and ongoing channel optimization.

The role emphasizes driving sales performance across retail channels, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering KPI-driven results in a fast-moving consumer electronics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail ops, or channel mgmt in smartphone industry.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin as working languages.
• Results-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consumer electronics is preferred.

• 2、Develop and execute channel and sell-out (SO) improvement plans in line with the company's channel development strategy.
• 3、Drive sales performance and operational excellence across retail channels, ensuring the achievement of key business and operational KPIs.
• 4、Analyze retail performance data and develop actionable strategies to improve channel efficiency and business results.
• 5、Coordinate and drive cross-functional projects with local teams to ensure effective execution and implementation.
• 6、Establish and continuously optimize standardized processes for retail store selection, evaluation, and operational improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or channel management within the smartphone industry.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages.
• Results-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
