HLA Garment International Business Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned accounting leader to head all accounting processes across a portfolio of companies in a retail setting. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to safeguard assets.

The role requires a CPA (preferred), a Bachelor's in Accountancy, and 5+ years in finance with retail exposure. You will collaborate with HR and operations to guide financial strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with retail industry background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting processes across the portfolio of companies.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Develop budgets and forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis to inform decision-making and planning.
• Monitor cash flow to optimize liquidity and working capital.
• Ensure timely filing of tax documents and payments.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to provide financial guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes.
• Review VAT and WHT calculations and filings.
