Qualifications

• 0–1 year in sales, retail, or customer service; freshers welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel within territories and work weekends; able to work independently.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets and wholesale distributors to promote and sell products.
• Ensure product placement, pricing, and stock levels at retail points.
• Build relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, and resellers.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer feedback, and sales trends; report to the sales manager.
• Execute in-store promotional activities and marketing initiatives.
• Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product demos.
• Maintain sales records and daily activity reports using digital tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
