Suit It Up Manila is seeking a seasoned Retail Experience, Visual Merchandising & Store Development Manager in Metro Manila. You will lead visual standards, store layouts, and customer journey initiatives across all locations.

The role also oversees new openings, renovations, project management, and asset maintenance to ensure brand consistency and maximum sales. A strong background in VM, design, and construction management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years in Visual Merchandising, Store Development or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple retail locations and new store openings.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving store renovations and fixtures management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce visual merchandising standards across all stores and locations.
• Lead store openings, layouts, fixtures and campaign execution plans.
• Coordinate with mall management, contractors, and internal teams for projects.
• Monitor VM compliance, train store teams, and manage retail environments.
• Oversee customer journey improvements, space productivity, and branding consistency.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier/service provider relations.
