Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking enthusiastic interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including retail and marketing operations and supporting visual merchandising initiatives.

Ideal candidates are passionate about beauty, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This 3- to 4-month contract offers exposure to Dior-related education programs and collaboration with multiple departments within a leading beauty brand group.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty and retail education.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to a 3-4 month contract.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple schedules and learning projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.
• Photo and video editing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Support: Update training guides, digital modules, and presentation decks for store employees.
• Program Coordination: Schedule training sessions, track attendance, and update training materials.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze training completion rates for MyDior and gather feedback from Dior Ambassadors.
• Digital learning – assist in the updating, posting and managing of MyDior learning module application.
• Assist the Retail Education Manager in daily administrative tasks.
• Help prepare and coordinate the packing of Dior Ambassadors’ grooming products, Gratis & uniform distribution for mid-season and ensure timely and seamless delivery & rollout.
• Document training sessions & help plan & execute the Dior Team’s Christmas Party & 2027 Kick off event.
• Provide support for special ad-hoc projects.
