Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in internal audit or bank operations or both.
• Strong knowledge of auditing procedures, governance, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with banking products, regulatory requirements, IT, and fraud investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit teams in regular audits, spot audits, special reviews, and investigations within Retail Banking Audit.
• Assist in developing and implementing the annual risk-based audit plan.
• Review findings and reports for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate significant issues and develop practical recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote risk and control culture; mentor audit staff.
