Job summary

Pinas Sadya Community Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to work on-site in Pasay at Mall of Asia, assisting customers and delivering excellent service. You will help manage inventory, maintain attractive displays, and support cashier duties and store opening/closing procedures.

Pinas Sadya is a fast-growing Manila-based small-batch-production local brand, primarily serving the Upper Market (AB Upper C).

Since our launch in 2022, we have done exhibits in ArteFino in Rockwell, MaArte in Manila Peninsula, and Manila Fame in World Trade Center.

We design ready-to-wear pieces and home products that incorporate indigenous Philippine weaves. We work with local weaving communities from Abra, Ilocos, Isabela, Negros, and Zamboanga. We also have homegrown weavers in our production hubs in and around Metro Manila. We are looking for a forward-thinking youngblood high-energy individual who will assist with our operations in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Retail Associate. The Retail Associate will work on-site in Pasay (Mall of Asia), assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining store displays, and handling customer interactions. Additional tasks may involve cashier duties and store opening/closing procedures such as cleaning the store.

About the position

• Salary is 18k to 23k depending on years of relevant experience and skill set

• Operating hours is according to the mall hours

• Work duration: 5 days a week with 2 days rest
