Job summary

EMBLUJU INC. in Rockwell, Makati City, Metro Manila is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and strict adherence to food safety standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with kitchen, monitor food preparation, manage inventory, and address customer concerns to uphold quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar supervisory role in food service.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene protocols and handling.
• Strong understanding of food technology principles and their restaurant applications.
• Excellent leadership and ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health codes and Philippines food safety regulations.
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management is preferred.
• Flexible to work varied shifts including evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff for efficient service.
• Monitor food preparation, plating, and presentation for safety and quality.
• Conduct regular food safety inspections and maintain hygiene records.
