DSG SONS GROUP, INC. (Gaisano Malls) seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to partner with the Restaurant Supervisor to run efficient shifts and lead floor staff from opening to closing. You will manage stock levels, ensure a superior dining experience, and uphold health and safety standards.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 1 year in a supervisory restaurant role, with strong communication and cash handling skills for fast-paced operations.

• Experience: At least 1 year as a team leader, shift lead, or supervisor in a restaurant or fast-food chain.

Mansioni

• Supervise staff, manage shift schedules, flex deployments, and enforce health and safety standards.
• Address complaints professionally, monitor service standards, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Track daily sales, balance sales reports, and assist with inventory and P&L records.
• Implement promotions to achieve targets and maintain display guidelines (visual merchandising).
