Job summary

Jollibee Group Cebu seeks a Management Trainee to develop expertise in shift management, drive store operations, and achieve sales and profit targets while upholding FSC standards and improving service productivity.

You will supervise service crews during the shift, address customer feedback, ensure compliance with policies, and assist the Store Manager with scheduling, reporting, and basic maintenance tasks. This fast-paced role trains future leaders in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business related course, Behavioral Science and Industrial Engineering courses.
• 2-3 years supervisory function in a restaurant or quick service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Achieve shift sales targets and drive store performance.
• Address customer feedback and complaints during shifts to ensure top-tier service.
• Approve/disapprove leave applications during the shift when the Assistant Store Manager is unavailable.
• Assist Store Manager in community relations activities.
• Clarify tasks, activities, and schedules during the shift.
• Ensure completeness of government permits and store requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cash control, employee discipline, and company policies.
• Monitor crew productivity and manage man-hours usage.
• Ensure safety, security, and program effectiveness; document feedback and follow-up actions.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reports.
• Execute cleaning and opening/closing activities.
• Implement assigned programs and standards compliance during the shift.
• Implement cost management activities and procedures during the shift.
• Interact with customers and conduct surveys during the shift.
