Job summary

Jollibee Group in the Philippines seeks a Management Trainee to assist the Restaurant Manager in running the store and achieving shift targets. You will oversee daily operations and help drive performance during each shift.

You will monitor store performance, support marketing efforts, ensure product readiness, uphold food safety and cleanliness, and maintain company standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or business-related course.
• No work experience required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily shift operations.
• Monitor store performance and suggest improvements.
• Gather information to support marketing activities and promotions.
• Check if the store is ready for new products.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and good store conditions.
