Job summary

You will help with daily operations, monitor performance, support promotions, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. This role provides exposure to store management and marketing activities for graduates starting a career in retail and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business-related course.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily shift operations.
• Monitoring store performance and suggesting improvements.
• Gathering information to support marketing activities and promotions.
• Checking if the store is ready for new products.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and good store conditions.
• Making sure company standards are followed during the shift.
• Monitoring the performance of service providers and ensuring they meet agreed standards.
