Paris Baguette Philippines is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to lead the soon to open SM Nuvali branch in Laguna. You will oversee shift tasks, set performance metrics, and ensure smooth operation.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a restaurant, strong leadership, and excellent communication to motivate the team and meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience working in a restaurant, preferably in a managerial position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Natural leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
