Job summary

The Moment Group in Manila is seeking a highly organized Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining environment, while contributing to process improvements and team development.

You will monitor staff performance, assist with scheduling, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, and provide guidance to improve service and guest satisfaction across shifts.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience with a formal title is required.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service focus.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
• Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Assist in staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily operational planning.
• Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to maintain productivity and teamwork.
• Handle guest concerns and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and dining experience standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Conduct regular floor supervision and ensure professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock control, and cost management.
• Support management in training, coaching, and evaluating employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
