U·Bowl | Malatang Restaurant in Panglao, Bohol, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while driving sales and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and hands-on knowledge of POS systems, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. This full-time position is based in Panglao.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations or management preferred.
• Experience in hotpot, buffet, or casual dining restaurants is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, food costing, and POS systems.
• Honest, responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be willing to work in Panglao, Bohol.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and cash transactions.
• Check daily cash reports and ensure accurate sales reconciliation.
• Control food costs, inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier deliveries.
• Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly operating reports.
• Assist management in improving sales and operational efficiency.
