This full-time role focuses on directing daily restaurant activities, maintaining service quality, and driving profitability through effective staff leadership and guest satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with POS and restaurant management software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in restaurant management or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest experiences.
• Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and hygiene regulations in food service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Manage customer service and promptly address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards per regulations and policy.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control, and revenue to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food preparation and presentation.
• Manage reservations, table allocation, and guest flow for optimal service.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures for consistent service.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage vendor relationships for value and quality.
• Respond to feedback and implement improvements based on guest preferences.
