Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restaurant or hotel operations; 1–2 years in supervisory role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to manage operations and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage by working with the Chef.
• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth service flow during peak and regular hours.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear team communication.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee bar operations, including inventory, costing, and stock management.
• Collaborate with F&B Manager/Director to develop promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Propose and execute strategies to boost outlet revenue and guest traffic.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and drive improvements.
