Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in a high-volume environment within the Philippines. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, and statutory compliance to support restaurant and related operations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and proficiency with HRIS or payroll systems. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with significant exposure to F&B, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume operational environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Staffing: manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates for restaurant, kitchen, commissary, and administrative roles.
• Coordinate postings, screening, interviews, assessments, references and offers.
