Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism, ensuring a warm and memorable first impression
• Manage reservations, including booking, confirming, and organizing guest seating efficiently
• Escort guests to tables gracefully and present menus according to fine dining service standards
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate table assignments to optimize service and minimize wait times
• Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP information to service staff and management
• Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and walk-in requests in a courteous and efficient manner
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, maintaining composure and offering appropriate solutions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, menus, and waiting spaces
• Assist in coordinating special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and private events
• Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service
• Track table turnover, waitlists, and reservation updates using booking systems
• Provide a professional and polished farewell, thanking guests and inviting them to return
