Job summary

Office Beacon (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Architect and Designer to develop photorealistic renderings and comprehensive design documentation for airport concession projects. You will translate brand vision into compelling layouts for food halls and restaurants.

Lead on 3D visualizations, elevations, and interior renderings while collaborating with stakeholders to meet RFP deadlines and maintain high-quality standards across all design stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in restaurant/hospitality architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).

Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic renderings of proposed restaurant and food hall spaces from multiple angles and perspectives.
• Develop detailed restaurant layouts showing flow, functionality, and space utilization.
• Produce elevation renderings showcasing façades, wall treatments, and architectural details.
• Design interior renderings communicating customer experience, lighting, finishes, and ambiance.
• Provide renderings from various viewing angles, including street-level, aerial, and entry perspectives.
• Create materials boards presenting finishes, colors, textures, and material selections.
• Generate 3D video renderings and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand brand vision, operational requirements, and design constraints.
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs through multiple iterations.
• Meet deadlines for RFP submissions while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Restaurant Architect / Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Architect and Designer to support our airport food and beverage development initiatives. In this role, you will create photorealistic renderings and comprehensive design documentation for restaurant and food service concepts submitted in response to airport Request for Proposals (RFPs). Your work will be instrumental in developing compelling concepts and presentations for concession opportunities at major airport terminals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic architectural renderings of proposed restaurant and food hall spaces from multiple angles and perspectives

• Develop detailed restaurant layouts that demonstrate flow, functionality, and efficient space utilization

About You

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or an equivalent discipline

• 5+ years of professional experience in restaurant/hospitality architecture or architectural visualization

• Expert-level proficiency in 3D modeling and architectural visualization software, such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools

• Demonstrated expertise in creating photorealistic architectural renderings and technical drawings

• Strong technical skills in CAD, BIM, and architectural documentation standards

• Portfolio demonstrating restaurant, food hall, and/or food court architectural design projects with high-quality renderings

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
