Job summary

MOMA International Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized Technical Interior Designer in the Philippines to translate design concepts into buildable technical drawings while preserving design intent.

You will prepare detailed drawings, collaborate with designers, and ensure compliance with codes; a strong portfolio and proficiency in AutoCAD are essential; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical capability and quality of work.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or other high-quality interior projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior construction, detailing, joinery, materials, finishes, and buildability.
• Good understanding of building codes, standards, and technical requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and good technical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively and communicate well; organized and time-managed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical drawing packages, including plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and construction details.
• Translate approved design concepts into coordinated and buildable technical documentation.
• Develop detailed joinery, bespoke furniture, and interior construction details as required.
• Coordinate closely with designers to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Ensure technical documentation maintains the approved design intent and complies with project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and coordination prior to submission.
• Maintain proper drawing documentation, revisions, and version control throughout the project.
• Support project teams in meeting submission deadlines and technical deliverables.
• Contribute to improving drawing standards, technical workflows, and quality across the team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
