Job summary

You will monitor ventilators and oxygen delivery, administer oxygen therapy, assist with airway management, and support emergencies. A bachelor’s degree and valid licensure are required; hospital experience is preferred, with willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess the appropriate professional license/registration to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in the Philippines.
• Preferably hospital experience.
• Knowledgeable in respiratory care procedures, oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilation, airway management, and emergency respiratory care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory status and identify care needs.
• Perform respiratory therapy procedures and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Administer prescribed oxygen therapy and monitor patient response.
• Assist with mechanical ventilation management and monitoring.
• Operate and monitor ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, nebulizers, suction machines, and other respiratory equipment.
• Perform nebulization and other prescribed respiratory treatments.
• Assist with airway management and respiratory emergencies.
• Monitor patients on ventilatory and oxygen support and report changes.
• Perform or assist with pulmonary function testing and related procedures.
• Collect respiratory specimens and handle transport.
