Job summary

Daluyon Beach and Mountain Resort in the Philippines is seeking a creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive digital content, design brand collaterals, manage social communities, and support daily resort operations.

You will edit photo/video Content for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok, maintain the website, coordinate with external suppliers, and liaison across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration to execute campaigns and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
Strong skills in photo/video editing and graphic design tools.
Excellent copywriting and brand-consistency focus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Executive to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
Capture, edit, and schedule photo/video content for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
Maintain engaging online presence highlighting eco-initiatives and beachfront experience.
Perform regular website upkeep and ensure promotional content is current and visually appealing.
Design and update guest collaterals and external marketing materials.
Respond to social media inquiries in brand tone and timeliness.
Coordinate with external creative suppliers and on-site content creators.
Source local print suppliers for marketing merchandise and manage inventory.
Provide administrative support for trade shows and events.
Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Administration for rollouts.
