Red Coconut Beach Hotel in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to lead daily hotel operations and guest services at our Siargao property.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, 5+ years of resort experience with 3+ in management, and strong leadership, financial, and systems knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/resort operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Knowledge of PMS, POS and hotels systems; strong financial and operational management skills.
