Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay (Malay, Aklan) is seeking a Beach Club Manager with a minimum of 5 years in hospitality, preferably with island resort experience. Filinvest Hospitality is seeking a leader to oversee operations and drive guest satisfaction at the resort’s beach club.

The role requires leading the F&B team, ensuring quality with the culinary team, handling guest feedback, and supporting marketing efforts to boost outlet revenue while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Preferably with experience in an Island Hotel Resort.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations and ensures smooth service flow during all operating hours.
• Leads, trains, and motivates the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensures consistent quality of food, beverages, and service standards through coordination with the culinary team.
• Handles guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitors sales performance, inventory, costing, and operational efficiency.
• Supports marketing initiatives and strategies to increase outlet revenue and guest engagement.
• Maintains proper grooming, sanitation, safety, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Creates a positive, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.
