STARLITE HOLDINGS CORP. is seeking an experienced entertainment manager to lead event production at our luxury resort in Puerto Galera. The role requires steering full event lifecycles, stage productions, and multi-faceted recreation programs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong public speaking, vendor negotiation, and budget controls, delivering creative entertainment aligned with tropical resort guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Performing Arts, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in entertainment management, event production, or recreation leadership in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-scale event lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Oversee stage productions, talent contracts, and recreation programs.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless events.

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in entertainment management, event production, or recreation leadership within a luxury resort, hotel, cruise line, or theme park environment.

• Communication & Showmanship: Highly charismatic, articulate, and confident presenter with natural public speaking ability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Strong organizational skills with demonstrated capability in handling vendor negotiations, contract reviews, and departmental cost controls.
• Creativity & Initiative: High level of creative flair to design innovative entertainment concepts aligned with tropical beach resort guest expectations.
