Action Against Hunger Philippines seeks an accomplished Resilience & Humanitarian Systems Manager to lead DRR, CCA, SRSP, MPCA, and FSL initiatives in Manila. You will collaborate with government, donors, and partners to strengthen resilience and humanitarian response, ensuring standards compliance.

The role emphasizes capacity building, knowledge management, and effective representation within clusters and consortia. Fluency in English and Filipino is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Advance or Bachelor's degree in Disaster Risk Management, Climate Change Adaptation, or related field.
• 5+ years in resilience, humanitarian, DRR, or related programming.
• MEAL, knowledge management, and learning experience.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Experience with government agencies, donors, and humanitarian clusters.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic leadership and programme development for DRR, CCA, SRSP, MPCA, and FSL in the Philippines.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams to ensure relevance and quality of interventions.
• Support MEAL systems, resilience indicators, and learning initiatives.
• Represent Action Against Hunger Philippines in coordination platforms and with donors.
• Oversee HR management, workforce planning, and capacity strengthening.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, rapid response, and security compliance.
• Promote gender, protection, accountability, environment, nutrition, and inclusion integration.
