Job summary

EMC Engineering Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at residential project sites in Cavite. You will coordinate with the Project Manager, Foremen, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to implement work according to plans and specifications.

You will conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality, safety, and adherence to company standards. Experience in site inspections, measurements, and documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at assigned residential project sites.
• Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, Foremen, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding site implementation and work priorities.
• Ensure that actual site works are executed according to the approved plans, quotation, contract scope, specifications, and instructions from the Project Manager and Management.
• Conduct site inspections for ongoing works, completed works, quality checking, punchlisting, and site condition verification.
• Assist in pre-project site inspections when assigned, including checking existing conditions, measurements, access, possible construction limitations, and other technical site concerns.
• Prepare and submit site updates, progress, accomplishment reports, material requests, manpower concerns, and other required documentation.
• Monitor workmanship quality, safety practices, proper material usage, and compliance with company construction standards.
• Identify actual site issues, hidden conditions, discrepancies, or possible additional works, and report them immediately to the Project Manager and Management.
• Coordinate with Foremen regarding daily targets, work sequencing, material needs, labor allocation, and priority works.
• Verify actual measurements, site dimensions, and quantities as may be required for costing, procurement, progress billing, variation works, or project documentation.
• Assist in coordinating material deliveries, receiving of materials, checking of delivered items, and reporting of shortages or incorrect deliveries.
• Assist in final inspection, punchlist monitoring, rectification works, and turnover preparation.
• Perform reasonable multitasking when project conditions require, including assisting in inspections, measurements, coordination, documentation, material checking, and other related site engineering tasks.
