Job summary

South Meats seeks a Site Foreman to lead on-site supervision of housing construction projects in Imus, Cavite. You will ensure the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards, acting as the key link between construction crews and the Project Management team.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with residential builds, and the ability to read blueprints and enforce safety practices on site. Physical readiness for fieldwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Strong leadership and personnel management for diverse crews.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations (OSHA-like).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities and supervise crews, including subcontractors.
• Coordinate tasks with project priorities and master schedule; adjust for weather and material availability.
• Provide technical direction and troubleshoot on site; interpret blueprints and specs.
