Focus projects include Nascala Coast with offices at McKinley West, Taguig and Carmona, Cavite. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills, and offers commission plus flexible

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or 2 years in college (72 units) required.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
• Willing to work on weekends/holidays and extended hours.
• Willing to start immediately and work at designated project locations.
• Must undergo company training and attend knowledge sessions.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell residential and commercial real estate to clients.
• Conduct consultations to assess property requirements and investment objectives.
• Organize presentations, model unit viewings, and site inspections.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term engagement and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of project offerings, pricing, availability, and market trends.
• Generate qualified leads through networking and digital marketing.
• Assist clients with documentation and coordinate with internal departments for transactions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and corporate events.
• Uphold professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
