Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in property management, construction quality, maintenance, or unit turnover.
Experience in residential or subdivision projects is an advantage.
Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
Willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-turnover inspections and quality checks of completed units.
Verify units against approved plans, construction standards, and punch list requirements.
Prepare and maintain turnover reports, inspection checklists, and records.
Monitor the concerns and follow up on outstanding punch list items.
Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of house turnover related issues.
Assist homeowners during unit acceptance and turnover and address turnover-related concerns.
Perform other job-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
