APEC Homes is seeking a Housing Turnover Engineer to oversee quality control and timely repairs of housing units for Pag-IBIG takeout and HOA turnover. The role ensures resources are available to complete repairs and manage homeowner turnover and relations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Construction Workers, monitoring repair progress for Pag-IBIG inspection, approving home improvement plans, and conducting morning toolbox meetings to ensure readiness and compliance.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid Civil Engineer license.
• Experience in mass housing projects is required.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, manage, and ensure timely and quality execution of repairs and turnover activities based on project timeline and work plan.
• Delegate work to Construction Workers to ensure readiness of units for Pag-IBIG inspection.
• Monitor progress of unit repairs in preparation for Pag-IBIG inspection and ensure quality and timelines are met.
• Review and approve house improvement plans submitted by Homeowners.
• Ensure house improvements by homeowners align with approved plans.
• Conduct morning toolbox meetings with Construction Workers.
• Report to Project Engineer accomplishment of repair activities and manpower workload.
