Job summary

Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineer to supervise the operation and maintenance of building facilities at the Makati site.

The role involves inspecting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other systems to ensure reliability and safety. You will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to emergencies, coordinate with contractors, monitor documentation, and support budgeting for engineering services.

Qualifications

• Supervise operation and maintenance of building facilities and equipment.
• Regularly inspect electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and other building systems.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are scheduled and completed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns, technical concerns, and building emergencies.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance works.
• Monitor and maintain engineering records, maintenance reports, permits, and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, incident reports, and engineering-related reports.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement, and monitoring of engineering materials and services.
• Supervise technicians and other engineering personnel when assigned.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures during maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager and other departments regarding building-related concerns.
