Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in property, condominium, residential, facilities, or building management.
• Strong knowledge of residential/condominium property operations, budgeting, maintenance, and customer relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders professionally and handle sensitive resident/client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, and stakeholders with excellent customer service.
• Monitor budgets, operating expenses, collections, and financial performance.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate on-site property management teams.
• Ensure timely maintenance, building inspections, and safety compliance.
• Handle resident requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and monitor third-party contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and review operational, financial, and maintenance reports for clients and management.
• Identify issues and propose improvements to enhance operations and property value.
• Lead response to emergencies and coordinate with relevant parties.
